Order Processing:

All orders placed with CRParts are processed within a maximum of one business day. Please note that orders placed after 12:30 pm will be processed on the next business day.

For mainland Spain:

At CRParts, shipments to mainland Spain are FREE OF CHARGE with a minimum purchase of €15. For orders under €15, the following rates apply (21% VAT included):

Collection at Correos Office or Citypaq (1-2 days): not available

Correos Standard Pack – Home Delivery (2-4 days): 4,95€

For Balearic Islands:

Correos Standard Pack Balearic Islands – Home Delivery (2-4 days): 6,95€ for orders under 15€

Correos Standard Pack Balearic Islands – Home Delivery (2-4 days): 2,95€ for orders above 15€

Express Shipping:

Damage during Transport:

You have 48 hours to check the integrity of all components in the order and to verify that everything that should be included is present. After 48 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted, and claims for damage or issues caused during shipping will not be accepted.

All our second hand laptop parts are well packaged. If you receive a product damaged during transport, it is recommended to contact us within the first 24 hours so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
